Tai Chi for all ages

I started thinking about trying Tai Chi as there were already weekly classes right here in Pegasus Grange. Then one day on our notice board was an invitation to give it a try – and it said it would be good exercise for posture and balance. As these are my particular problems I was decided; so I joined the class and have stayed with it.

I expected immediate benefit but I was over optimistic.  The cause of my poor posture and balance is the curve of my spine which causes me to lean over too the right and I am unable to stand up straight.  But I enjoy the class and am determined to keep trying.

I now do three of the exercises five mornings a week and I do think they will improve my problems.   I enjor doing them because they are helping to improve my posture and balance.
