My highly organised training programme is a bit of a joke with my Tai Chi family …. I suppose their training is more spontaneous. I find having a structured approach works for me so I systematically follow a routine. Of course I do let go of it if I need to rest or just do something different. My daily training is two sessions of around 1.5 hours in the morning and 0.5 hour in the evening. Morning is forms/exercises and evening is standing qigong. My morning routine is:

10 mins: Shaking and Breathing
30 mins: Warm-ups either… Taoist Relaxation Exercises, or Super-Fitness Exercises or Fast Breathing Exercises
20 mins: 6 squats
30 mins: Golden Flower Long Form
Tuesday 1
10 mins: Shaking and Breathing
50 mins: Super-Fitness Exercises
30 mins: Bagua Linking Palm Form

10 mins: Shaking and Breathing
